drawWorkout
A deck of cards,
not a program.
drawWorkout deals your workout from five suits — Push, Pull, Legs, Core, Cardio — times the circuit, and keeps the record. Built around longevity, consistency, and real-world strength, without hype, ego, or rigid programs.
How it works
Shuffle, deal, train.
-
Pick a deck
A deck is a complete training system: sixty exercise cards across the five suits, plus wild cards. Every card carries the movement, the reps, the tempo, and a demonstration.
-
Deal a hand
Choose the workout — one suit, a combination, or full body — set your circuits, and the app deals the cards. A hand you loved can be replayed exactly, any other day.
-
Run the circuit
A timer built for real phones: lock the screen mid-set and nothing is lost. When the work is done, the session lands in your history.
The deck
Five suits. Every hand is a full workout.
-
Push
Pressing strength — floor, bench, band.
-
Pull
Rows, pulls, and the back that carries you.
-
Legs
Squats, hinges, lunges.
-
Core
The midline that holds it all together.
-
Cardio
Work that raises the heart rate.
And when you want one, a Wild Card — an extra challenge dealt into the final circuit.
Who it's for
Made for the long haul.
- Built for men over 40 who train to stay capable — and for anyone whose plan is to still be training at 80.
- Minimal kit. The only required equipment is a resistance band. A pull-up bar and parallel bars are optional; switch them off and the deck deals around them.
- Works anywhere. It installs on your phone and runs with no signal — a cold start in airplane mode still deals a full hand.
- No games. No streaks, no confetti, no badges, nothing begging you to come back. It is a tool, and it behaves like one.
